Available in capacities from 2TB, 4TB, 6TB and 8TB, the new TeraStation III Rackmount is a high-capacity NAS device with five operational modes, including standard, RAID 0, 1, 5 or 10 functionality, in a single one-unit (1U) form factor. The TeraStation III Rackmount fully populated with four separate hard drives.

The TeraStation III Rackmount comes packed with raft of features perfectly suited for managing data in a SMB environment, including WebAccess for remotely accessing data via PC, Mac or iPhone. It also includes Automatic Disk Encryption for data security, Real-Time backup replication function and scheduled power management that can reduce carbon emissions by up to 66 per cent.
The TeraStation III Rackmount also comes with hot-swappable functionality, so in the unlikely event of a drive failure, the unit automatically powers down the faulty drive, enabling you to safely remove and replace it without risking any of your data or experiencing any downtime.
